Raspberry Peach Cheesecake Salad


  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Ounces Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 2 Cups Raspberries
  • 2 Cups Peaches, sliced


  1. In a large bowl with hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.  Gently fold in the fruit.  Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
